What we collect
- When you join the list: your email address and, if you choose, your mobile number.
- When you send a message: your name, email, optional phone and organization, and what you write.
- When you visit: anonymous, cookie-free page statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't identify you.
How we use it
To tell you about Culture Reggae Festival — lineup, tickets, vendor and volunteer calls — and to answer what you've asked us. That's it. We never sell or rent your information.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare — hosts this website, blocks spam and bots on our forms (Turnstile), and provides the anonymous statistics.
- Brevo — stores our mailing and text list and sends our emails and texts.
- Resend — delivers the messages you send through our contact forms to our inbox.
- Ticket purchases happen on our ticketing partner's site and are covered by their privacy policy as well as this one.
Text-message alerts
If you give us your mobile number and check the box to receive texts:
- You'll receive recurring automated marketing texts from Culture Reggae Festival — lineup news, ticket drops and important festival-day updates.
- Message frequency varies; expect a handful of texts a year, more in the week of the festival.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact us below.
- Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email us and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
